Garlic Butter Steak
Oh, where do I even begin with this amazing recipe? These delicious, juicy garlic butter steak bites are one of my favorite dishes to make. My family is wild about them, and whenever I serve them at game day parties, I get asked for the recipe.
Everyone is always surprised when I tell them how easy it is. Herby garlic butter sauce, sirloin beef cubes, and just 15 minutes to make. They couldn’t be more simple, but they are unbelievably flavorful.
Seriously, I am borderline obsessed with this recipe. My favorite way to make it is as a garlic butter steak and potato skillet with Crispy Baked Potato Wedges. It’s a perfect pairing!
Wow! Truly amazing! I made it for the first time and it was probably the best steak dish i have ever had!

Garlic Steak Bites Tips
- Do not over over-crowd the steak in the cast iron skillet. You want each piece to get a nice crisp browning on it.
- Pat the steak dry before cooking it. This will give it a better sear.
- Season generously with salt and pepper. I like to use sea salt! You can also use your favorite steak seasoning.
- Cast iron skillets work best. But, if you don’t have one, a large non-stick skillet works just fine.
- This recipe is also delicious made in the air fryer basket. cipe.

What Steak to use for Steak Bites Recipes?
This is one of our favorite beef sirloin recipes because of how tender sirloin steak is, but you can use other cuts as well!
I’ve made prime rib bites using ribeye steak, filet mignon, tenderloin steak and New York Strip Steak, too.
Keto Steak Bites
This is my favorite low carbohydrates recipe! Complete with garlic butter sauce, it’s one of the most delicious keto recipes you can make. Garlic herb butter makes the most amazingly flavorful keto steak topping! To make it a full low-carb meal, pair it with our cauliflower rice recipe.
Wife and I made this last night with fingerling potatoes and asparagus and It was Awesome! Thanks for posting!

Notes
- Pat the steak dry before cooking it. This will give it a better sear.
- Season generously with salt and pepper. I like to use sea salt! You can also use your favorite steak seasoning, but salt and pepper works best for pairing with garlic butter.
- Cast iron skillets work best. But, if you don’t have one, a large non-stick skillet works just fine.
- Cook in batches – don’t overcrowd the pan! Cook your steak in a single layer so it’s not too crowded together. It will brown better this way.
