I love it that this sambar is so simple and quick to make. You just put all the stuffs in the pot and forget about it for thirty minutes, right? I was so happy with this that I almost forgot to make seasoning. Everyone was already seated for dinner, and everything was ready, and I then screamed "no, don't eat the sambar yet! There's no tadka!". Then I had to run and roast the spices and mix everything on the table, but it came out good 🙂
