First, consider not reheating it

Steak doesn’t have to be reheated to be eaten safely. Here are a few of my favorite ways to eat cold leftover steak. First I cut it up into little strips then I do one of the following:

  • Throw it in a salad with nuts and cheese
  • Put it on a sandwich
  • Add it to your favorite noodle dish
  • Eat it with eggs for breakfast
